We are excited to host Dr Michaela Nelson, Head of Future Telecoms and Digital Connectivity for the Department for Transport, on Friday 8th November. Michaela will be leading a workshop entitled Considering the future communications needs of the UK's road network.
Fast, reliable, and secure connectivity underpins large parts of our transport network and our reliance on digital connectivity is growing. Looking forward over the next decade, how is road travel in the UK going to change, what new use cases will the road network need to support and how can we ensure that we have the resilient and secure digital infrastructure required for people and places across the UK?
