Digital Roads of the Future

The Digital Roads Annual Review is being held at the University of Cambridge West Hub, in rooms East 1 and East 2, on the first floor.

The West Hub has information on how to access the Hub here: Visit | WestHub (westcambridgehub.uk)

Accessibility

As noted the West Hub is fully accessible and East 1 and East 2, though on the first floor, can be reached by the two lifts in the building.

If you require access to accessible parking spaces, there are only 2 available at the Hub so please contact us to ensure one is reserved for you.

If you have any other accessibility requirements, please email us at drf-initiative@eng.cam.ac.uk

Transport & Parking

No parking is available at the West Hub and we would encourage you to take public transport to the event, if possible.

There is a local Universal bus service that runs from Cambridge Central Train Station to the West Hub every 15 minutes, the journey time is 18 minutes but is dependent on traffic. The nearest stop to the West Hub is Cavendish Laboratory.

If you are driving, please note the most convenient place to park is Madingley Park and Ride, then using the Universal bus service (not the Park and Ride bus, please see link to Universal Bus for the correct bus stop) to Cavendish Laboratory stop. Parking charges apply if staying longer than 18 hours. Walking from the Park and Ride to West Hub will take about 15 minutes.

Alternative parking is available on West Campus, parking lot 8 on Charles Babbage Road, however this is limited. If you would like to reserve a parking spot here, please email us before 01 August, with your car registration details. An access code will be provided to you in due course.
