Rajbir Nath Batra is a Senior Scientist in the Department of Oncology at the University of Cambridge, UK. Dr Batra earned an MSc in Applied Statistics from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Mathematical Genomics and Medicine from the University of Cambridge. He subsequently held a Marie Skłodowska Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg, Germany. His research focuses on developing advanced methods for the analysis of large scale epigenomic data and applying them to patient cohorts to identify biomarkers for cancer detection, prognosis, therapeutic stratification, and treatment resistance.
