Dr. Jinying Xu presented her conference paper: "Building Trust in Carbon Data to Achieve Net-Zero in Infrastructure Assets Lifecycle" at the European Conference of Computing in Construction (EC3) on July 10, 2023 in Crete, Greece. She addressed that under the urgent decarbonisation agenda in the infrastructure sector, a standardised carbon data model to enhance data trustworthiness is demanded and fundmental for the effective carbon management. The carbon data model includes standardised data structure, streamlined data collection procedure, automated data collection methods, trackable data flow, sharable data storage, and robust data protection.
