Prof Asaad Faramarzi, Professor of Civil and Geotechnical Engineering in the School of Engineering and head of the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Birmingham, joins us at the DRF Lunchtime Clinic to talk on Data-Informed Ground Engineering: Machine Learning for Resilient and Sustainable Infrastructure.

Here at the DRF Initiative we recognise that carrying out research can be an all-consuming process. As part of the DRF Lunchtime Clinic we are encouraging all our Researchers and PhD Students to join us to find out how they can improve their wellbeing at work and where to seek support when needed.

We look forward to introducing Dr Jin Di, visiting Fellow at University of Cambridge, and hearing his talk on Intelligent Evaluation of Cable-Stayed Bridge Service Performance.
